1. General Provisions
By using the DATASSL website ("Site"), you accept the following terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Service Description
DATASSL provides SSL certificate sales and management services. Our services include:
- SSL/TLS certificate sales and renewal
- Certificate management and installation support
- Technical support services
- Reseller program services
3. User Obligations
As a user of the Site:
- You are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for your account security
- You will not engage in unlawful activities
- You will respect the rights of others
- You will not misuse the system
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are valid in the stated currency
- VAT is calculated and added separately
- Payment must be made at the time of order or within the invoice due date
- Service may be suspended for late payments
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your orders from your customer panel:
- Cancellation within 30 days of the order date: the amount paid is refunded (to the credit balance for reseller accounts).
- Cancellation after 30 days: no refund.
- A cancelled certificate is also revoked by the certificate authority (CA) and can no longer be used.
6. Limitations of Liability
DATASSL:
- Is not responsible for the decisions of certificate authorities (CAs)
- Cannot be held liable for indirect damages
- Is not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure
- Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid
7. Intellectual Property
The site content, design and software belong to DATASSL. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Changes
These terms of use may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

10. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
